5.16.2
Goaltender Interference
Section 5.16
If an attacking player incidentally makes contact with the goaltender and a goal is scored, but in the opinion of the referee there was not sufficient contact or interference to justify a penalty, the referee may disallow the goal but not assess a penalty for goaltender interference.
