Only Players registered with the League may participate in a game. Having an unregistered player participate in a game is subject, at minimum, to a $50 fine. It is the responsibility of the Team Manager and/or Alternate Team Manager to ensure that any player who plays on their team has registered and is eligible to play in the game that they are playing in. This includes situations in which the Team Manager and/or Alternate Team Manager are not present at a game.
