Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CCRHL Hub account at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

  1. Open CCRHL Hub and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab and open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm twice. You are signed out and the account is deleted.

Delete by email

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@puckmetrics.io from the address you used to sign in, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify the request by replying to that address and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed and is not recoverable:

  • Your email address and account record
  • Sign-in sessions and any unused sign-in codes
  • Links between your account and player profiles
  • Followed teams and notification preferences
  • Push notification device tokens and notification history
  • Your sub availability profile
  • Calendar sync feeds

What is kept

League records are not personal account data and stay part of the league’s history:

  • Game results, goals, assists and other statistics recorded by the league for the player you were linked to
  • Team roster and captain records, with your account reference removed

Crash reports and analytics events already sent to our diagnostics providers are retained for their standard retention period, which is no more than 90 days, and are not linked back to a deleted account.

Signing up again

If you sign in later with the same email address, you get a brand-new account. Your player statistics reconnect because they belong to the league’s records, but none of your previous settings, follows or preferences are restored.
